Como a IA se encaixa na Gestão de Recursos Humanos?

Objetivo: Este estudo busca compreender o estado atual da integração entre a inteligência artificial (IA) e o setor de recursos humanos (RH). Especificamente, investiga a implementação da IA no RH, explora os desafios associados a essa integração e examina possíveis riscos relacionados ao uso de dados, à percepção de IA como mero artifício e à governança algorítmica.
Método: Por meio de um design de pesquisa descritiva, este estudo se baseia em dados secundários, uma vez que nenhuma pesquisa primária foi conduzida. As informações foram coletadas a partir de artigos de pesquisa, livros, sites, blogs sobre recursos humanos e relatórios de pesquisa divulgados por diversos grupos de pesquisa.
Resultados: A análise revela que a adoção da IA no setor de RH ainda está em estágios iniciais, apesar dos avanços significativos feitos por startups. Os desafios surgem de diversos fatores, incluindo complexidades dos dados, o risco de a IA ser vista como mero artifício e preocupações com a governança algorítmica. A natureza multifacetada da IA introduz abordagens e aplicações diversas, desde algoritmos até aprendizado profundo e processamento de linguagem natural. O estudo também diferencia entre IA forte (inteligência geral) e IA fraca (inteligência específica para problemas).
O estudo enfatiza que o RH é um elemento fundamental de qualquer empresa, impactando diretamente o bem-estar dos funcionários, a comunicação e a produtividade. A integração da IA trouxe melhorias notáveis, automatizando tarefas de RH de baixo valor, liberando recursos para trabalho estratégico. A capacidade da IA de analisar grandes volumes de dados rapidamente promete experiências aprimoradas dos funcionários em áreas como gestão de talentos e recrutamento.
Conclusões: Em conclusão, a integração da IA no setor de RH ainda está em evolução, com promessas e desafios. O estudo destaca a necessidade de abordar as complexidades da utilização de dados, evitar a redução da IA a mero artifício e estabelecer uma governança algorítmica responsável. Ao compreender as nuances da integração da IA no RH, as organizações podem aproveitar seu potencial para aprimorar a produtividade, comunicação e experiências dos funcionários.
