Abstract

This editorial explores the intricate landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, encompassing its legal, ethical, and technological dimensions. Recent scholarly contributions highlight both the transformative potential and the challenges of integrating AI into educational environments, with a focus on enhancing learning experiences, improving administrative efficiencies, and navigating complex ethical terrains. This volume brings together 14 articles that examine AI’s multifaceted role, ranging from legal implications, integration in startups, and human-computer interaction, to sectoral practices in education, agriculture, and human resources. The contributions underscore the need for a robust, inclusive, and sustainable AI adoption strategy, aligned with global ethical standards and responsive to societal needs.
